Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a Compliance Coordinator to safeguard regulatory integrity for international shipments worldwide. You will lead pre-shipment research, document audits, and collaboration with brokers, legal, and tax teams to ensure compliant import/export processes.

In this role you will maintain PII and screening reports, support trade audits, and coordinate resolution of shipments under customs holds, driving timely, compliant operations across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in the logistics industry with exposure to trade compliance/regulations.
• 2+ years in Hardware Operations or related domain is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, stock management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shipment trade and regulatory research for international shipments.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams.
• Audit and verify shipping documents for compliance (FCPA, Anti-Bribery).
• Communicate with brokers and external parties to ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with Legal and Tax teams on import/export processes.
• Provide clearance instructions to customs brokers and support audits.
• Monitor PII and Denied Party screenings and maintain brokerage reports.
• Coordinate resolution of international shipments held by customs.
