Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an Associate Test Engineer to join an automotive software validation project in Eindhoven. The role supports drive testing and validation of next-generation vehicle platforms, navigation systems, infotainment features and connected vehicle technologies.

The candidate will work on testing software, systems and applications, report defects, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in software testing, QA, validation, or verification activities.
Experience within automotive testing environment.
Experience within embedded software or application testing environments.
Understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
ISTQB Foundation, TMap, or similar testing certification/knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support vehicle drive-testing activities (valid category B driving license required).
Execute software, system, and application testing activities.
Identify, document, and report defects and anomalies.
Analyse test results and provide clear feedback to engineering teams.
Prepare test reports and validation documentation.
Collaborate with developers, test engineers, and project stakeholders.
Ensure testing activities meet project quality standards and requirements.
