Job summary

Jobster in Tilburg is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our warehouse operations. You’ll monitor daily performance, coordinate floor activities, and use data to find smarter ways of working, with impact on cost control and process improvement.

• Support operational tasks and act as the liaison for Finance and Accounting.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate: supply chain processes and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations;
• Monitor: costs and review invoices to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities;
• Analyze: performance metrics and prepare reports (e.g., WBR and MBR) to improve KPI outcomes;
• Oversee: workforce planning, including managing temporary staff to meet operational demands;
• Support: operational tasks and act as the point of contact for internal departments like Finance and Accounting.
