Job summary

Jobster in Tilburg is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our warehouse operations. You’ll monitor daily performance, coordinate floor activities, and use data to find smarter ways of working, with impact on cost control and process improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing, MBO+ or HBO-level education, strong Excel skills, and English fluency; Dutch or additional languages are a plus. We offer growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing experience and a proactive problem-solver.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain processes and relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor costs and review invoices to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports (e.g., WBR/MBR) to improve KPI outcomes.
• Oversee workforce planning, including managing temporary staff.
• Support operational tasks and act as the liaison for Finance and Accounting.
