Job summary

Moolenaar B.V. zoekt een Internal Sales Assistant voor Voorhout. De functie is fulltime en vereist een MBO-opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een commercieel binnendienstwerkveld. Je beheert klantdata, plant per klant en verzorgt administratieve afhandelingen rondom orders en layouts.

Je werkt nauw samen met sales en Operations en draagt bij aan de groei van de organisatie in de horticuluur- en floricultuursector. Locatie: Voorhout, kantoorwerkdagen.

Qualifications

• MBO-opleiding algemeen vereist.
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in commercieel binnendienst.

Responsibilities

• Plannen per klant maken en volgen op basis van deadlines.
• Het programma met de verkoper bespreken op basis van verkoopresultaten.
• Plannen van de voorfase beheren en signaling problemen & monitoring deadlines.
• Zorgdragen voor administratieve zaken met betrekking tot klantgegevens / klantdossier.
• Controleren van administratieve zaken betreffende de order via een verkoopcalculatie (bill of materials / order confirmation / show material).
• Zorgen voor tijdige creatie en goedkeuring van lay-outs en verpakking (conform...).
