Job summary

Pro Industry in Venlo is op zoek naar een Assistant Team Leader – High Care die dagelijks toezicht houdt op de productie, het team aanstuurt en zorgt voor naleving van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen. Je fungeert als rechterhand van de teamleider en motiveert collega’s om veilige, efficiënte processen te bereiken. Een dynamische rol met ruimte voor ontwikkeling.

Qualifications

• MBO diploma of vergelijkbare opleiding
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving
• In staat collega’s te coachen en te motiveren
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Bekend met voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen

Responsibilities

• Dien als rechterhand van de teamleider en aanspreekpunt voor collega’s op de werkvloer
• Zorg voor een veilige en efficiënte productie die aan alle vereisten voldoet
• Ondersteun en motiveer het team tijdens de dienst
• Delegeer dagelijkse taken en volg de voortgang
• Stel bij afwijkingen direct corrigerende maatregelen in
• Toezicht houden op hygiëne en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften
• Neem indien nodig de taken van de teamleider over
• Blijf na- denken over hoe productie slimmer of sneller kan

Functieomschrijving

As an Assistant Team Leader – High Care, you act as the team leader's right hand. You serve as the primary point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor. Together, you ensure a safe and efficient production process that meets all requirements. You support and motivate the team during the shift. You assign daily tasks and closely monitor progress. If the process doesn't go according to plan, you step in and resolve issues immediately. You oversee strict hygiene and food safety regulations and take over the team leader's duties when necessary. You are constantly thinking of ways to make production smarter or faster.

In Venlo, you work a two-shift schedule. The early shift runs from 06:30 to 15:30, and the late shift from 15:20 to 00:20. You work weekends once or twice a month; in return, you get a day off during the week to maintain a good work-life balance.

Functievereisten

• You hold an MBO diploma or have a comparable level of education.
• You have relevant work experience in a production environment.
• You are able to coach and motivate colleagues.
• You have a good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
• You are familiar with food safety and quality standards.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A gross monthly salary between €2,912 and €3,770, depending on your experience.
