Job summary

Fundex is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support project supervision and coordination on foundation projects. You will assist in organizing activities, monitor planning, and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes safety, quality and hands-on teamwork in a growing, innovative company with challenging foundation projects.

Qualifications

• Education: MBO/HBO in construction engineering, civil engineering or similar.
• You have some experience in construction or foundation industry (preferred).
• You are communicatively strong and dare to take initiative.
• You have a proactive and practical attitude.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and enjoy team work.
• You have an eye for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of projects.
• Check work for quality and safety.
• Coordinate and monitor planning and progress.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Administrative duties such as reporting and maintaining documentation.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the workplace.
