Job summary

Prefound is seeking a Project Leader for utility construction in West-Friesland. You will direct diverse regional projects from sports and public facilities to modern office buildings, with project scopes ranging from €100,000 to €15 million.

You ensure planning, budget, quality and safety from handover to delivery, lead procurement, and manage change orders while coordinating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• HBO Bouwkunde or vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.
• Experience as project leader in utility/building sector.
• Good construction technical and organizational knowledge.
• Experience with planning, budgets, quality and safety.
• Practical and solution-oriented approach.
• Good communication with clients and construction professionals.
• Resident within practical travel distance of regional projects.
