Job summary

Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- In-depth expertise in monopile foundations and offshore installation.
- Experience leading technology development programmes and translating outcomes into practical applications.
- Ability to assess complex technical options with commercial, budget and risk awareness.
- Strong communication skills to influence across disciplines and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction for safe, reliable foundation installation methods and procedures.
- Advise on complex engineering challenges with clear, well-founded recommendations.
- Turn innovation into practice by developing technology initiatives and evaluating alternatives.
- Balance technical and commercial priorities by weighing safety, reliability, cost, and risk within budgets.
- Mentor engineers and share knowledge across teams.
