Fundex is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support project supervision and coordination on foundation projects. You will assist in organizing activities, monitor planning, and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes safety, quality and hands-on teamwork in a growing, innovative company with challenging foundation projects.

Qualifications

• Education: MBO/HBO in construction engineering, civil engineering or similar.
• You have some experience in construction or foundation industry (preferred).
• You are communicatively strong and dare to take initiative.
• You have a proactive and practical attitude.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and enjoy team work.
• You have an eye for safety and quality.

Are you our new Assistant Superintendent?

We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent (m/f) full-time.

What will you do?

As Assistant Superintendent, you will support the superintendent in the organization and supervision of foundation projects. You are responsible for coordinating work, ensuring planning, and overseeing quality and safety on the shop floor. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
