Inditex’s Pull&Bear in Utrecht is seeking a Department Manager to own your department, aligning product, people and performance for a strong customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure efficient operations, lead by example, and drive results through KPIs and brand standards.

You will organize schedules, support recruitment, and develop your team with daily guidance. A positive, inclusive environment with strong customer focus and adherence to safety and sustainability

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail department or store area.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and how to drive results.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an in-store department to meet commercial targets.
• Plan and organise staff schedules, recruit and coach team members.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising across the area.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and handle interactions confidently.
