You will partner with the Store Manager to mentor staff, manage daily operations, analyze performance, and uphold JD’s standards in merchandising and service.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN JD?

• Experience: At least 1 year as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role where you were responsible for managing teams in the retail sector.
• Time management: Efficiency is essential.
• Top communication skills: Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
