WE Fashion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring the best possible shopping experience for customers and driving quarterly sales. You will coach and inspire the team on the shop floor, take on responsibilities when needed, and have room for growth in a dynamic fashion retailer.

• Support the Store Manager to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers and contribute to quarterly sales targets.
• Coach and inspire shop-floor colleagues and contribute to all store activities.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive daily operations and visual standards.

YOU WORK FOR WE

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of our Store Manager - often the left hand as well – and you pull out all the stops every day to ensure the ultimate shopping experience for your customers. You make a significant contribution to the success of the store and manage to exceed the sales of each quarter. You will also contribute to all activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire your colleagues. And should the Store Manager need a day of shopping, we will entrust you with the store! Do you have extensive experience in a service‑oriented environment and are you looking for a managerial position with room for growth and development?
