Job summary

FR L'Osteria SE is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager– Lisa's right hand in Amsterdam. You will run operations alongside our Restaurant Manager, sharing responsibility for the restaurant's success with a team of 55 colleagues and 3,000+ covers per month.

We offer a clear development track toward Restaurant Manager as we expand to new Dutch locations; the role emphasizes leadership, revenue awareness, and cost control while maintaining top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to elevate a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong hospitality focus with energy and optimism during busy periods.
• Fluent or bilingual Dutch/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead shift leaders, hosts, bartenders and waiters and set high standards on the floor.
• Operate as the hands-on heart of service: open, close, run service and coach the team on the job.
• Share responsibility with the Restaurant Manager for scheduling and KPIs: revenue, productivity, labour cost and guest reviews.
• Uphold the L'Osteria guest standard from welcome to the final espresso.
• Identify areas for improvement and take action.
