Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and Dutch at CEFR B2 level is required.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to drive results with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team building and coaching others, with initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
