Zachary Daniels is excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a leading retail business known for its wide range of products and exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail professional looking to develop their career, with clear progression opportunities towards Store Manager and potentially future field support roles.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, driving sales performance and ensuring the team is in the best position to deliver outstanding results.

We are keen to recruit an Assistant Manager who has previous experience in retail leadership and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities as our new Assistant Manager:

• Support the Store Manager in delivering the commercial performance of the store.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help drive consistently high standards across all areas of the business.
• Use sales data, insight and reporting to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Support the delivery of excellent visual merchandising, stock management, cash handling and compliance standards.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Support the Store Manager with recruitment, training and onboarding.
• Help create a strong pipeline of talent and support future succession planning.
