Job description

• Partner with your Floor Manager - work together on staffing plans, sales strategies, and plans to make colleagues and guests even happier.
• Be the wellness expert - handle complex questions about treatments like Brain Massages and Breathing Bubbles, and embody our signature relaxation experience.
• Own the operations side - take care of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and all essential back-office work that keeps the Mind Oasis running smoothly.
• Develop your team and make targets fun - you're great at coaching, know exactly what to say to help people grow, and you turn sales into a game everyone wants to play.
