Green Teams Europe is seeking a finance-minded professional to help keep our financial administration in order and turn numbers into insights for our projects and results. With 1–2 years of finance experience, you will process invoices, assist with month-end close, and collaborate with colleagues to surface missing data.

You’ll work closely with the management board, the finance team, and our external accountant, starting with a clear task set and growing into more responsibilities as you gain

Qualificações

• Completed finance qualification at MBO-4 or HBO level (e.g., Business Administration, Finance & Control, or Accountancy).
• Around one to two years of experience in a finance role or at an accounting firm.
• Solid grounding in bookkeeping and experience with Excel.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to reach out to colleagues for missing information.

Responsabilidades

• Keep track of open items and follow up on payment questions.
• Check that costs and revenue are booked to the right projects.
• Support the month-end close and check balance sheet items.
• Prepare financial overviews and help with reports.

Do you have one to two years of experience in finance and want to look beyond invoices and bookings? At Green Teams Europe you help keep our financial administration in order, and you learn how to turn numbers into insight into our projects and results.

Green Teams Europe builds, manages and maintains solar energy systems and battery storage. Behind those projects sits a financial administration that has to be right. That’s where you come in.

You process and check financial data, support the month-end close and prepare overviews of revenue, costs and outstanding invoices. You’re also in touch with colleagues to bring missing hours, purchase invoices or project data to the surface.

You work together with the management board, the finance administration and our external accountant. You start with a clear set of tasks and get room to take on more as your experience grows.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• You work accurately, keep the overview and ask further when something doesn’t add up
• You easily reach out to colleagues and aren’t afraid to ask for missing information
• You want to keep developing in finance and project administration

Experience with AFAS is a plus. No knowledge of solar energy or batteries needed: you’ll pick that up with us.
