Randstad Netherlands is hiring a full-time Assembly Worker in Duizel and Best to support building sustainable heat pumps and other high-quality products in a modern, automated factory.

You will assemble mechanically and electromechanically, check your work, and help push innovations in the energy transition. The role offers a direct contract with the client, daily lunches, and a chance to advance to Production Specialist.

what will you do

As an Assembly Technician, you are pivotal to the System Assembly team's production process. You assemble complex technical products based on drawings or instructions, creating a perfectly functioning end product. You meticulously check your own work to ensure that only top-quality products leave the factory.
