Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een Assemblage Technician voor een groeiende technische organisatie in Hoofddorp. Je assembleert mechanische en mechatronische systemen volgens technische tekeningen en werk instructies en bewaakt de kwaliteit.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenrooster van 06:00-14:00 en 14:00-22:00, met een bruto maandsalaris van €2.800–€3.500, plus een ploegentoeslag van 16% en een aantrekkelijk bonusplan. Ruime ontwikkelingskansen en een moderne werkomgeving.

Qualifications

• Technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit.
• Ervaring in assemblage of mechanisch werk is een voordeel.
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
• Nauwkeurigheid en detailgerichtheid.

Responsibilities

• Assembleer mechanische en mechatronische systemen volgens tekeningen en instructies.
• Werk met handgereedschappen en diverse techniekt componenten.
• Controleer en test geproduceerd werk op kwaliteit.
• Volg procedures, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Voer assemblage uit in een nette, georganiseerde productieomgeving.
• Identificeer verbeteringsmogelijkheden en lever ideeën voor procesoptimalisatie.
• Werk nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen aan kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
• Bereid eindproducten voor, controleer en verpak ze voor verzending.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and completing high-quality mechanical and mechatronic systems. You will work with technical drawings and work instructions and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards.

What will you do?

As an Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling mechanical and mechatronic systems based on technical drawings and work instructions;
• Using hand tools and working with various technical components;
• Checking and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements;
• Working according to established procedures, safety regulations and quality standards;
• Performing assembly work in a clean and organised production environment;
• Identifying potential improvements and contributing ideas for process optimisation;
• Working closely with colleagues from different departments to improve quality and efficiency;
• Preparing, checking and packaging finished products for shipment.

Precision and quality are essential in this position. You work in a structured way, pay attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
