Job summary

Wfs PRO seeks a Mechatronics Technician to join the production and testing environment. You will assemble modules, conduct tests according to protocols, and analyze discrepancies while collaborating with the engineering team to drive process improvements.

The role focuses on precision mechanical and mechatronic assembly for a sterilization system, with opportunities to shape testing and production processes within a lean organization.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Experience assembling and/or testing technical systems.
• Able to analyze and document technical deviations.
• Work with precision and follow established procedures.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English in a technical setting.
• Experience with medical technology or regulated environments (ISO/GMP).
• Experience with mechatronic or precision mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with verification and validation (V&V) processes.

Job description

In this role, you will work in the production and testing environment where mechanics, precision, and quality come together. You will build, test, and inspect complete systems before they are released.

A typical workday involves assembling modules, conducting tests according to a set protocol, and analyzing any discrepancies. You’ll work closely with the engineering team when something isn’t right and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.

Your responsibilities:

• Assembly of precision mechanical and mechatronic components for the sterilization system
• Performing functional and quality checks on complete systems
• Testing and validating systems in accordance with established specifications and procedures
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues
• Recording test results and reporting to engineering and operations
• Contributing ideas for improvements to assembly and testing processes
