Job summary

Logistic Force is seeking a capable production worker to join our team and help manufacture special sandwich panels used by defense organizations across Europe and America. You will work with colleagues to produce parts, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery from the factory floor.

You will start with an hourly wage of €16.36 for the first 20 working days, rising to €16.73 thereafter, with 25 vacation days a year and 8% holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately and in a structured way.
• Sufficient technical insight.
• Ability to read production drawings (this can also be learned with us).
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Able to speak Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Deburring aluminum edges.
• Applying a waterproof seal.
• Cutting panels to size.
• Performing quality checks.
• Filling in inspection checklists.
• Repairing any damage.
• Cleaning the workplace.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Just like in an engine, almost every part is crucial! Remove one part, and the whole engine stops working. As a production worker, you are an important link in the production process! BUT, that responsibility is entrusted to you. You’ll work together with a team to produce products, with each person responsible for their own part. It’s a job where you know what to expect, and at the end of the day, you and your team can look back with satisfaction at what you’ve accomplished — mission accomplished!

You will be responsible for finishing special sandwich panels used by defense organizations across Europe and America. By working accurately and with attention to detail, you ensure the quality of each product.

Your tasks include:

• Deburring aluminum edges
• Applying a waterproof seal
• Cutting panels to size
• Performing quality checks
• Filling in inspection checklists
• Repairing any damage
• Cleaning the workplace

Working conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
• Three breaks per day totaling one hour
• Work clothing provided
• You listen to music while working

WHAT WILL YOU GET OUT OF IT?

A competitive salary of €16.36 gross per hour during the first 20 working days. After that, your salary will increase to €16.73 gross per hour.

You will accrue 25 vacation days annually and receive 8% holiday allowance.

Travel allowance and a pension scheme.

The prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance as an Assembly Production Employee with Technical Insight.

Three breaks per day, totaling one hour.

Work clothing will be provided.
