Job summary

Wings Global Media in Aruba is seeking a Marketing / Project Coordinator to support client campaigns, content planning, social media coordination, copywriting, and reporting. You will work with a creative team to turn ideas into action and keep complex projects organized and on schedule.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, at least 3 years in marketing or project coordination, and fluent English and Papiamento.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Papiamento.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content planning.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.
• Flexible team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or overtime when projects require it.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads (Adobe Suite is a plus).
• In possession of a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate social media content calendars and posting schedules.
• Support content creation efforts, including copywriting and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal team members.
• Project scheduling, planning, and deadline management.
• Help ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are completed on time.
• Support general office administration and project coordination tasks for both internal and external purposes.
• Assist with client meetings, project documentation, and day-to-day operational support.
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project efficiency.
