Job summary

Wings Global Media in Aruba is seeking a Marketing / Project Coordinator to support client campaigns, content planning, social media coordination, copywriting, and reporting. You will work with a creative team to turn ideas into action and keep complex projects organized and on schedule.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, at least 3 years in marketing or project coordination, and fluent English and Papiamento.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Papiamento.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content planning.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.
• Flexible team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or overtime when projects require it.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads (Adobe Suite is a plus).
• In possession of a driver's license.

Wings Global Media is looking for a Marketing / Project Coordinator to join our Caribbean team based in Aruba.

What the position entails

As a Marketing / Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of our clients across a wide range of industries, including hospitality, tourism, retail, corporate, and events.

Your primary focus will be marketing-related activities such as content planning, social media coordination, campaign support, copywriting, reporting, and helping clients achieve their marketing objectives. In addition, you will assist with project coordination by helping manage talent, timelines, deliverables, client communication, and internal workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization.
