Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is seeking an AI Developer to build the next generation of enterprise AI. This hybrid role blends software engineering with machine learning to deliver production-ready AI features in a mature enterprise product.

You will work with experienced engineers, product specialists and domain experts to design, develop and deploy AI solutions impacting thousands of users globally.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern AI techniques including LLMs, Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
• Strong understanding of data processing, model training and deploying AI solutions into production.
• A passion for solving complex technical problems and continuously learning new AI technologies.
