Rabobank in Utrecht seeks an Area Lead Frontend Foundation to enable 160+ frontend squads through the Rabo Online Platform. You will lead an area of about 100 professionals across ten squads and five direct reports, shaping the frontend engineering foundation and reusable building blocks.

You will translate strategy into roadmaps, drive adoption of frontend standards, ensure security and reliability of services, and foster high-performing teams while collaborating with Tribe Digital Platform

Qualifications

• Proven technical understanding of frontend engineering capabilities.
• Experience with Agile leadership and high-performing teams.
• Academic education / Masters level.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps for the frontend area.
• Lead ~100 professionals across 10 squads and 5 direct reports.
• Drive adoption of frontend standards across tribes and domains.
• Ensure continuity, security, and reliability of managed services.
