Job summary

Limina Hacking Company is seeking a Microsoft Architect to design end-to-end Azure and Modern Workplace solutions. You operate at a strategic level, safeguard architecture, and own decisions on cloud, identity, security, and governance.

The role offers autonomy, active participation in architectural standards, and opportunities to influence projects while driving knowledge sharing and certification tracks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design cloud and Modern Workplace architectures at a strategic level
• Define architecture principles, security and identity standards
• Advise clients at C-level and IT management level
• Lead complex programs such as cloud transformations and security initiatives
• Review and safeguard design and implementation decisions
• Coach consultants and engineers
• Contribute to Limina Hacking Company’s vision and service development

As a Microsoft Architect, you are responsible for designing end-to-end solutions within Microsoft Azure and the Modern Workplace. You operate at a strategic level, safeguard the architecture, and are ultimately accountable for decisions related to cloud, identity, security, and governance.

Our Offer

• Salary between €5.800,- and €7.500,- gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week);
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;

Key Responsibilities

• Design cloud and Modern Workplace architectures at a strategic level;
• Define architecture principles, as well as security and identity standards;
• Advise clients at C-level and IT management level;
• Lead complex programs such as cloud transformations and security initiatives;
• Review and safeguard design and implementation decisions;
• Coach consultants and engineers;
• Contribute to the vision and service development of Limina Hacking Company.

Your Strengths (required/Preferred)

• A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in IT;
• Several years of experience in Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace environments;
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Microsoft Entra ID (identity & conditional access)
• Intune & endpoint strategy
• Security & governance (Zero Trust, cloud security)
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to influence stakeholders;
• Strategic thinking, strong overview, and decisiveness;
• Preferably holding a valid driver’s license.

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305);
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100);
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300);
• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst (SC-200) – preferred;
• Additional specializations within Azure Security or Microsoft 365 are a plus.
