Job summary

All Your BI, a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam, is seeking an AI Engineer to build and ship production AI for client solutions. You will drive LLM applications, RAG over real-world data, agents and tool-calling, taking them from demos to production.

You will own production end-to-end, implement evals, observability, guardrails, and focus on cost and latency. Strong Python and modern AI stack expertise are required, with English fluency.

• Production experience with LLM/GenAI systems.
• Strong Python and AI stack knowledge.
• Ability to own production systems end-to-end.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the AI behind our products and client solutions: LLM applications, RAG over messy real-world data, agents and tool-calling.
• Own production end to end: when something breaks, you fix it, implement evals, observability and guardrails.
• Keep AI affordable: manage cost and latency budgets, use caching and proper models.
• Work within architectural guidelines set by our Lead AI Engineer.
• Translate AI capability into real client value.
