Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking an engineer to take a model into service, working on real datasets and building reliable AI pipelines in a production environment in Den Haag. You will own the pipeline around the model and ensure reliability and traceability throughout the lifecycle.

You will design, implement, test and document AI components, apply secure development practices, and contribute to automation, monitoring, and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI pipelines end-to-end including training and deployment.
• Strong software engineering discipline applied to AI projects.
• Experience with pre-trained/foundation models and large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and vector stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn ML models into production services with robust pipelines and monitoring.
• Improve data, model, and code quality to survive production.
• Design, test, document, and refactor AI components and tooling.
• Conform to secure development practices and engineering standards.
