Vanderlande seeks an Application Consultant for Asset Management (Maximo) to design, configure, implement and support Maximo solutions within the Service IT landscape. You’ll integrate service concepts with ERP/HCM/PLM through 20+ integrations and collaborate with business, IT architects and partners.

The role demands translating business needs into scalable Maximo configurations, guiding deployments, tests and user training. A hybrid work model with strong English skills is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in IT.
• Strong interest in developing IT solutions within the Asset Management domain.
• Architectural mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of leading complex developments and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with IT development in Maximo or another Asset Management application is preferred.
• Affinity with technical infrastructure and containerization is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of Maximo is a nice-to-have.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Title: Application Consultant Asset Management (Maximo)

Job Description

These programs touch our core tools: ERP systems, surrounding applications and integrations. Within this role, based within IT, you advise, configure and implement changes in our core tools following business roadmap programs. You work together with business, IT specialists, IT architects and implementation partners.

Your role

As an Application Consultant, you are responsible for the preparation, design, setup, implementation, and support of our Maximo solution. This system is used within the service departments of Vanderlande. You are at the forefront of integrating our service concepts into our service IT landscape. The solution is continuously improved through a number of smaller to very large initiatives. Maximo is integrated with other IT systems (ERP/HRM/PLM systems) through more than 20 integrations.

Your main tasks are:

• Translating business requirement into functional and technical requirements
• Translating the requirements into configurations and customizations in Maximo
• Steering the implementation partner(s)
• Conducting unit tests of new configurations and customizations
• Guiding acceptance tests and training key users

Your team

You will work in the Service Applications DevOps team, working on the Vanderlande Service applications, such as IBM Maximo, JDEdwards and the Spare Parts webshop. The team is part of the Application department in ICT, consisting of +/- 100 employees improving and supporting the Vanderlande applications.

Your Profile

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5.600 to € 6.700 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
