Job summary

ALEA is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee client API integrations across pre- and post-sales. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful integration, handling technical relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through API setup, conducting integration tests, providing technical assistance, and managing ongoing client relationships through go-live and beyond. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and technical setups.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Experience managing client projects from requirements to post-deployment support.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through API integration with clear instructions and timely solutions.
• Ensure successful pre- and post-sales integration and address client doubts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal performance of client systems.
• Act as main contact for clients during integration and go-live.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to align integration processes with company goals.
