Job summary

Miro is seeking an experienced AP Manager who treats accounts payable as both a technology problem and an operations challenge. You will lead a team of AP specialists while owning automation and AI initiatives to drive a 2-day close.

You will optimize NetSuite AP, Navan T&E, and P2P integrations across EU countries. You will shape the automation agenda, oversee vendor evaluations, and implement AI-assisted processes, with a strong emphasis on change management and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts payable or finance operations with at least 3 years leading AP transformation or automation initiatives.
• Experience implementing AP automation tools; you have led implementations.
• Hands-on AI/ML tool evaluation and build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Strong ERP background, NetSuite preferred; data integrations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the 2-day close roadmap for AP and drive automation initiatives.
• Lead technology assessment for T&E and rollout of invoicing across EU countries.
• Implement AI-assisted invoice coding and PO matching; evaluate vendors and measure automation uplift.
• Own NetSuite AP, ZipHQ AP and Navan T&E modules optimization and integration with P2P stack.
• Lead and develop a team of AP specialists with performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, payments, and month-end close.
