Job summary

Nebius is seeking an AP Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Specialist to own the data and reporting for AP, build dashboards and KPI frameworks, and drive end-to-end improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with the Global AP SME to align with standards and translate operational experience into measurable change, with a bias toward automation and efficiency.

The role sits in Amsterdam, with the option to work from Nebius offices.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Experience extracting data from ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Ability to lead or coordinate process improvement projects from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own AP reporting and dashboard management; ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Produce KPI reporting and root-cause analysis for leadership.
• Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
