Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Security Product Manager for Supplier Fraud to define and drive product vision, working with engineering, data science, and operations teams to build and improve fraud prevention tools and services. You will lead cross-functional efforts, set success metrics, and adapt strategies to evolving threats while collaborating with Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and PR stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings experience in fraud, security, NLP products, or ML-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an operationally-intensive product area.
• Proven track record delivering products at scale with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical foundation: metrics, data interpretation, prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision of the Supplier Fraud topics and inspire the engineering and operations team to achieve the vision.
• Drive the product backlog and prioritize ruthlessly for a team of highly-skilled engineers and data scientists.
• Challenge the status quo and drive resolution through collaboration, influence, and innovation to maximize impact.
• Manage expectations of users and stakeholders, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose.
• Define key business and product success metrics, track them, and improve upon them using data-driven insights.
• Demonstrate problem-solving by structuring issues and analyzing scalable solutions.
• Be a team player and empower your team to unlock their full potential.
