Job summary

NewRocket in Amsterdam seeks a Technology Trainer to enable Anthropic Claude adoption across clients and internal teams. You will design 101/201 curricula, deliver live sessions (virtual and on-site), and build labs, guides, and assessments to measure proficiency.

The role requires strong presentation skills, API/integration experience, and a track record of creating scalable enablement programs. Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
