The Role
As a Senior Analog IC Designer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team responsible for the development of advanced analog and mixed‑signal ICs. From concept and architecture to silicon validation and product qualification, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality semiconductor solutions for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits from specification through to production.
- Define architectures and translate requirements into robust circuit implementations.
- Perform circuit simulation, verification, and validation activities.
- Contribute to silicon bring‑up, characterization, and product qualification.
- Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal implementation and performance.
- Participate in technical reviews and contribute to design documentation.
- Support the continuous improvement of design methodologies and development processes.
Your Profile
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in Analog IC Design with a strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals.
- Extensive experience with industry‑standard design tools such as:
- Strong knowledge of:
- Mismatch analysis
- Yield optimization
- DFT (Design for Testability)
- Device Physics
- ESD
- EMC
- Reliability Engineering
- Ability to develop and use behavioral models for architecture exploration and verification.
- Experience working closely with IC Layout Engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively during technical discussions and design reviews.
