Job summary

microTECH Global LTD in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced analog IC designer to join a multidisciplinary team. You will drive architecture, circuit design, verification, silicon validation and product qualification from requirements to final release.

The role requires a passion for analog design, deep knowledge of mismatches, yield, DFT/test, device physics, ESD/EMC, and collaboration with layout engineers.

Job description

On site in the Netherlands - minimum 3 days a week

Your job is to work in a multidisciplinary team to design analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, from requirements and architecture through circuit design, verification, silicon validation and product qualification.

• A passion for and track record in analog IC design, with deep understanding of analog circuits,
• Fluency in the use of the analog IC designer tool suite: Cadence, Spectre, Solido & others
• Understanding of mismatch, yield, DFT/testability, device physics, ESD, EMC and reliability,
• Sufficient layout expertise to guide implementation and collaborate effectively with layout engineers,
• Ability to develop and apply behavioural models to accelerate architecture exploration and verification,
