Job summary

Unified Streaming is seeking a precise Financial Administrator to handle daily bookkeeping and month-end/year-end closings in a small, international team in Amsterdam.

Role requires independence, accuracy with numbers, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will record transactions, prepare management reports, assist audits, and support VAT filings. Office-based, 20–30 hours weekly across 4 or 5 days, with a competitive gross salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and monthly/year-end closing.
• Good knowledge of NL GAAP/IFRS and Dutch tax laws.
• Fluent Dutch and proficient English for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare management reports for the team.
• Assist in audit reporting to the holding company.
• Create and process invoices and record all transactions.
• Ensure VAT filings and other tax obligations are met.
• Support budgeting activities and discrepancy resolution.
