Job summary

Zerotrillion in Amsterdam is seeking a full-time Junior Designer to join our dynamic in-studio team. You'll design across advertising campaigns, social content, decks and original productions, bringing a strong eye for typography, layout and detail to every project.

You'll collaborate with creative directors, producers and designers through the entire creative process, delivering visually compelling work for global brands and multi-market campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a creative or advertising agency.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with transcreation, localisation or multi-market design adaptation.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling instincts.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual systems and art direction.
• Experience delivering content across digital, social and broadcast platforms.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work full-time from our Amsterdam studio.

Responsibilities

• Design visual concepts for commercials, branded content, social-first campaigns, and original productions.
• Transcreate and adapt campaign assets across markets, languages and formats, adjusting layout and type without losing the original creative intent.
• Build key art, storyboards, and presentation materials for pitches and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain design systems and templates that scale across multiple markets and platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors and producers from concept through final delivery, bringing an art-directorial eye to every stage.
• Design and prototype digital assets, layouts, and UI elements in Figma.
• Localise and resize assets for platform-specific and regional versions.
• Prepare files for animation, motion, and final production handoff.
• Organize design files and maintain efficient creative workflows.
• Contribute creative ideas throughout production, not just at the design stage.
• Experience delivering content across digital, social and broadcast platforms.
