Astrid & Miyu is opening a new Netherlands store in Amsterdam and seeks a passionate Supervisor to deliver 5-star experiences. Lead the team in experiential retail, drive customer focus, and stay hands-on with daily operations while embodying our values and brand ambassador mindset.

You will mentor staff, nurture growth, and champion service excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at De Bijenkorf. 32 hours per week + growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Brand ambassador who embodies the brand values and drives a premium customer experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on hospitality and care.
• Proven leadership and the ability to coach and grow a team.

• Lead experiential retail with a guest-centric approach and host from the heart.
• Drive overall customer experience, innovate, and monitor results.
• Be the product knowledge expert to inspire sales and educate the team.
• Set engaging team challenges to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Mentor and support the store team, providing feedback and development opportunities.
