Job summary

Everflow, Amsterdam-based, seeks a proactive Business Development Representative to engage with diverse businesses and stakeholders from ad operations to CEOs. You’ll identify real business needs and articulate how Everflow can scale partner marketing programs.

Roles start as 12-month contracts with renewal options, offering exposure to a cutting-edge ad tech platform and a collaborative, growth-focused team in the NAM/EMEA regions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in SDR/BDR or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field
• Strong comfort with LinkedIn and email outreach
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented

Responsibilities

• Qualify all sales leads and set appointments via chat, email and phone
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
• Educate marketing professionals on how Everflow can streamline processes and grow their partner marketing program
• Diligently update HubSpot CRM to stay current on leads and follow ups
• Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
• Shadow Account Executives to learn skills for future roles on the sales team
