Job summary

Travix is seeking a CRO Analyst in Amsterdam to own our experimentation program end-to-end, shaping hypotheses, running tests, and delivering verdicts that guide product and growth decisions. You’ll build guardrails, improve eCVR and margin, and collaborate with PMs, UX, data teams, and business stakeholders to ship measurable wins.

You’ll design rigorous experiments, automate analyses, and scale a high-volume CRO program while communicating insights clearly to non-technical teams and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO, experimentation and analytics experience.
• Proven track record scaling a CRO program from few tests to high-volume pipeline.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and run end-to-end optimization process with PMs and UX designers from idea to recommendation.
• Grow eCVR, attach rate and margin by prioritising impactful ideas.
• Link quantitative and qualitative data to sharpen test prioritisation; drive faster insights.
