Job summary

Pinsent Masons in Amsterdam is seeking an Employment & Incentives Associate with 3–6 years of Employment experience to join a highly international team. The role covers advisory, transactional and contentious matters across domestic and cross-border work, with exposure to multinational clients and urgent employment challenges.

You will work on workforce planning, mergers & acquisitions support, and employee data protection issues while developing trusted adviser relationships in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Employment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience advising on employment-related transactions, restructurings or disputes.
• International exposure and ability to work on cross-border matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on restructurings, redundancies and workforce transformation programmes.
• Support on employment aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Assist with employment litigation and contentious workplace matters.
• Contribute to multi-jurisdictional employment projects across Pinsent Masons' network.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide commercially focused advice.
