Job summary

Pinsent Masons LLP in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Associate for our Employment & Incentives team to advise on employment matters across litigious and transactional work, collaborating with partners and colleagues worldwide.

You will be a Netherlands-qualified lawyer with 7–10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in private practice, and fluent in Dutch and English. You will support international clients and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Netherlands-qualified lawyer with 7–10 years’ experience, of which at least 5 years in private practice.
• Strong employment law expertise with practical, strategic advice.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and collegial with leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Manage disputes and litigation.
• Advise on international compensation and incentive plans.
• Advise on employee participation, equality law and global mobility matters.
• Assist our international clients with day-to-day (remote) management of their Dutch workforce.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
