Job summary

Linguarama, part of a long-established international language training network, seeks a Sales Representative in Amsterdam. You will diagnose learning needs, design programmes, and build lasting relationships with corporate and B2C clients. This in-person role sits in our Amsterdam office with hybrid options later.

You will engage with decision-makers, craft tailored solutions, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to contract, driving growth in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of demonstrable sales or account management experience.
• Excellent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, a genuine commercial drive, empathy.

Responsibilities

• Understand the need: Meet with individuals and corporate teams to identify language goals.
• Design the right solution: Recommend and assemble training programmes.
• Build the pipeline: Proactively approach new prospects and nurture relationships.
• Close the deal: Drafts quotations and negotiate contracts through to signature.
• Read the market: Track trends and feed insights back to positioning.
