Job summary

Check. is hiring a Support 2nd Line Agent in Amsterdam to handle complex cases requiring specialist knowledge and careful decision-making. You will be the go-to person for Support Agents during your shift and will drive improvements across the team in collaboration with other departments.

You will work from HQ in Amsterdam with shifts 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, and you must be based in Amsterdam to apply. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a funded scale-up.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Available at least 15 hours per week.
• Lives in Amsterdam.
• Shifts between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, at HQ.
• This may change in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex support cases requiring specialist knowledge and careful decisions.
• Serve as first point of contact for Support Agents during shifts.
• Identify process improvements and share expertise to improve team efficiency.
• Help the team become more consistent in supporting users.
