Job summary

Quantillion Technologies, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a motivated autonomous driving engineer to join our robotics team. You will build navigation software for autonomous mobile robots (AMR) using ROS/C++ and test in both simulated and real vehicles.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to push the boundaries of industry standards, applying AI and data to improve safety and efficiency in heavy industry clients around the world.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of c++/ROS development experience.
• Hands-on experience in robotics/mechatronics.
• Experience with deploying ROS in production environments.
• Familiarity with multicultural work environments and start-up culture.

Responsibilities

• Write C++ software in the ROS framework for navigation and interaction with the environment.
• Work with high tech hardware such as Lidar.
• Deploy, test and debug the software on prototype vehicles and at customers.
• Research new AMR, robotics and mechatronic techniques.
• Support the development team to implement solutions in our software.
• Provide insights to business and product teams.
