Job summary

Things I Like Things I Love is seeking a hands-on warehouse teammate in the Amsterdam area. You’ll work in a fast-paced team to process online orders, assemble packages, and prepare shipments during day and/or evening shifts, with weekend options.

You’ll help keep stock accurate, support store shipments, and handle returns promptly so customers get refunds quickly. A collaborative, energetic environment and opportunities to grow within the company await.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to handle physical work and stay active.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders in the morning and prepare packages for shipment.
• Pack, label and organize items for delivery and stores.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist in stock transfers to stores.
• Process customer returns and ensure timely refunds.

About the job:

Things I Like Things I Love has grown into a well-known name across the Netherlands over the past 14 years, with an inspiring and successful webshop and stores in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, and Nijmegen.

Packages come in and go out all day. You make sure our customers can enjoy their orders as quickly as possible. In the morning we process the online orders, put together the packages and prepare them for shipment. We constantly make sure the warehouse and stock is in good state. Furthermore, we help in the preparation of shipping stock to our stores. We also process customer returns and we make sure they get their money back as soon as possible.

You are perfect for this job because:

• You are hands-on, you like staying active and don't mind physical work;
• You like to work in a team;
• You are available for 3 days a week, or more. During the day (and/ or evenings), and weekends.
• You work precisely and well organized;
• You help us to improve processes with your input;
• You are stress-resistent!
• You have some warehouse experience already!
