Job summary

Staffice is hiring for a warehouse operative in the Netherlands. You will start each weekday at 08:00, pick products with hand scanners, verify codes and quantities, label and load shipments, and keep the warehouse clean. Heavy lifting and accurate work are required.

Typical shift is 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly salary payments and travel cost support. Staffice provides mentoring and a friendly working atmosphere.

Job description

Every weekday at 08:00, you begin your operational shift in the warehouse. You register your handheld device, review your picking list, and navigate through the warehouse locations to gather products. Throughout the day, you stay on your feet, handle physically demanding tasks like moving heavier stock, and double-check every item. Working alongside your colleagues, you ensure that every shipment leaves the facility accurately before 17:00.

• Locating and gathering products using hand scanners or picking documents
• Verifying item codes, quantities, and condition of products
• Sorting, packing, and attaching correct shipping labels to outgoing orders
• Stacking pallets, lifting heavy boxes, and moving goods manually
• Cleaning equipment and keeping work areas clear of clutter
• Reporting inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor

Requirements

• Prior background in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role
• Strong physical endurance and ability to perform heavy physical work
• Proficiency in English (Dutch language skills are not required)
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
• High level of accuracy, punctuality, and responsibility
