Flevo Trade Service in Urk is recruiting a full-time planner to act as the first point of contact for incoming requests and ensure smooth transport coordination with clients and partners. You will work in a compact, fast-moving team where staying organized and proactive is key.

You will coordinate client requests, manage transport company communications, and keep an overview of ongoing processes, adapting to changing deadlines and priorities with accuracy and practical insight.

Formación

• Strong administrative and computer system skills.
• Ability to stay organized and think ahead under pace and responsibility.
• Experience in transport/logistics is useful but not required.

Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a full-time planner. In this role, you are the first point of contact for incoming requests and make sure that transports and coordination with clients and partners run smoothly. You work in a compact team where things move quickly and where your ability to keep an overview makes the difference.

What you will do

As a planner, you coordinate requests from our clients and make sure they are handled properly. You coordinate with transport companies, keep an overview of ongoing processes and make sure agreements are followed through. You work with logistical puzzles on a daily basis and deal with changing situations, deadlines and priorities. The work is varied and requires accuracy and practical insight.
